Company Health Management
Our goal: to make work healthier, reduce your workload, and increase your job satisfaction. Therefore, company health management (BGM) is an important part of our corporate strategy. To improve our health and get fit, we jointly prepare for the annual Sparkasse Run on the shores of the Möhnesee and the annual new year’s eve run, by organising company running and walking events.
Health Days
Use work time to do something for your own health? What a good idea! That’s why we, in cooperation with the DAK Health, support you with our health days. During working hours, our employees have the opportunity to participate in various preventive health drives: health checks, back health advice, nutrition, exercise in the workplace, and, and, and.

We’ve known for a long time that the benefits of the statutory pension insurance in Germany alone are no longer sufficient to maintain the standard of living in retirement. Flexible working Hours

On hot days, drinking enough liquid is important. Getting together with colleagues over coffee and having a chat is important, too. That's why we provide our staff with hot and cold drinks at cost price.

Hillebrand Coating is situated in Wickede (Ruhr) on the northern arc of the Ruhr. Green mountains and colorful forests meet flat arable landscapes. In winter, many ski and toboggan slopes, kilometers of cross-country ski trails and snow-covered forests provide plenty of sporting challenges and leisure options.
In the historic old town of Soest, you can go on culinary excursions or go back in time to the Middle Ages. For children, young adults, and families, the city of Soest offers plenty. Throughout the year, modern and traditional events bring a smile to the faces of all age groups.
