Coating of pipe systems that run into each other; good sliding properties, low wear tracks, avoiding creaking noises – is all this doable?

This task presented us at Hillebrand Coating with a challenge. A conventional polyester powder coating was not possible here. So a special powder coating system was required. The coating we use in this instance can withstand severe mechanical pressure, while also allowing the tubular elements to run in virtual silences thanks to the use of slip additives, which are firm and dry and anchored in the powder coating. Even after thousands of operations hardly any wear is visible. The pipes slide into each other without noise or abrasion.

Alternatively, we can offer you this powder coating also with an additional CDL layer.
